As we move through the Ascension process, waves of higher frequencies and cosmic light flow into our being. These powerful energies can trigger a variety of Ascension symptoms, impacting us on every level — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Today, I want to focus on the physical side of Ascension and share both my own experiences and some supportive practices that have helped me.
Why Physical Symptoms Happen
When your frequency rises, your body works hard to integrate more light and higher consciousness. This energetic upgrade can feel intense at times because lower-vibrational energies need to leave your system to make room for the new. This clearing often happens through your energy system and chakras.
If you are clairvoyant or sensitive to energy, you may literally feel these sensations in your body.Personally, I experience it as if heavy, black clouds are being pushed out of me — a sign that old, dense energies are leaving.

How to Support Yourself Through Physical Ascension Symptoms
These changes can be uncomfortable, but there are ways to make the process smoother:
Rest without guilt 🛌 — Your body is integrating high-frequency light. Give it the downtime it needs.
Stay hydrated 💧 — Drink plenty of pure water to support energy flow and detox.
Be in nature 🌳 — The earth’s energy helps to ground and balance you.
Gentle movement 🚶♀️ — Light stretching, yoga, or slow walks can keep your energy flowing.
Conscious breathing 🌬 — Deep, slow breaths help calm your nervous system and anchor you in your body.
Nourish your body 🥗 — Eat grounding foods such as root vegetables, whole grains, and warming soups.
Listen inward 🤍 — If your body says rest, rest. If it asks for movement, move gently.
