WHAT TYPE OF SESSION IS THIS? This session is a channeled audio file only. You can ask questions beforehand, which I tune in to before the recording of the session begins. This is an audio-only session – we do not meet live or via video. During the day of your booking, I tune into your energy and Higher Presence and channel a personal 30-minute audio recording for you. The time shown when booking is approximate. I record the session during the day, and your personal audio file will be sent to you once it is ready. BEFORE YOUR SESSION Before I begin, you are welcome to share what you would like me to focus on. You can either: Send me a voice message on Instagram of up to 5 minutes, or Send 3–4 short questions or focus areas that you would like me to tune into. I tune into these before and during the channeling. You can also choose not to give me any specific questions at all and simply leave the session completely open to your soul and Higher Presence, allowing whatever is meant for you at this time to come through. My intention is always to work in collaboration with your soul. Your questions can provide a direction, but I also allow the channeling to unfold naturally so that what is most relevant for you can come through. WHAT IS INCLUDED? You receive a personal 30-minute channeled audio recording to keep and return to whenever you feel called. The recording contains the healing frequencies and light codes that come through during your individual session. The healing is intended to integrate gradually, allowing deeper layers to unfold as you listen. I recommend listening to your recording 1–2 times per week, giving yourself time between each listening for integration.
