Right of Withdrawal for Digital Files:

According to the law, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order. However, for digital products, the right of withdrawal only applies if you have not started downloading or using the files. If the download or use has started before the 14-day period has expired, you lose your right of withdrawal.

How to Cancel or Return a Digital Order:

1. Send an email to info@mariahealer.com within 14 days from the date you received your order.

2. Include your order number and details of the digital file you wish to return or cancel.

3. If you have not yet downloaded the file and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will confirm your return request and provide further instructions.

Important Information:

• If you have downloaded the digital file or started using the product, the right of withdrawal will no longer apply, and we cannot offer a refund.

• We recommend that you ensure the files are not downloaded before you are completely certain about your purchase.
   

Right of Withdrawal for Booking Healing Sessions Online and In-person

When booking healing sessions online or In-person, the following terms for the right of withdrawal apply:

Right of Withdrawal for Online Bookings:

• According to the Distance Contracts Act, you, as the customer, have the right to withdraw from your booking within 14 days from the date the booking was made, provided that the session has not taken place before the withdrawal period has expired.

• If the session has already started or been completed, you lose your right of withdrawal.

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing via email at info@mariaheler.com.

Right of Withdrawal for In-person Bookings:

• If you book a healing session on-site (e.g., in person or by phone), no right of withdrawal applies under the Distance Contracts Act, as the service is delivered immediately and starts at the agreed time.

• If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the session, the full amount will be charged.

Cancellation:

• For cancellations of a session, in addition to the right of withdrawal, if you do not notify us in time, a cancellation fee may apply.
